Returns & Exchanges Policy
For the protection of our patients and in compliance with Georgia Board of Pharmacy and federal regulations, Apollo Pharmacy does not accept returns or exchanges on any medications or healthcare-related products once they have been sold or dispensed.
Items Not Eligible for Return
This policy applies to all items, including but not limited to:

Over-the-counter (OTC) medications

Medical supplies and durable medical equipment

Personal care and hygiene products

Vitamins, supplements, and wellness items
Under Georgia law, medications and health-related products cannot be resold or reused once they have left the pharmacy’s control, even if they are unopened or unused.
Please Review Before Purchase
We encourage all patients to carefully review their prescriptions and purchases at the time of pickup. Our pharmacy team is available to answer questions, confirm directions, and help ensure the correct product is dispensed before you leave.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you believe you received an incorrect item, experienced a dispensing error, or have concerns about your order, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly and appropriately.
